An administrative penalty in the amount of R 380.00 for the unauthorised land use (ECD) and an administrative penalty in the amount of R0 for the unauthorised building work in terms of item 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 34778, 16 Myoli Street, Harare, Khayelitsha, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
