An administrative penalty for the unauthorised land use (liquor shop) in the amount of R 11 581.00 in terms of Section 129 and 42(r) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 55837, 79 Ntenetya, Khayelitsha, BE APPROVED, in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law 2015.
