UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 453.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in respect of the unauthorised structure encroaching the 3m common boundary building line on Erf 1296, 34 Ryger Street, Gordon’s Bay.
