An administrative penalty for the unauthorised land use (Tuck Shop) in the amount of R 500.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning Amendment By-Law, 2016 in respect of Erf 13767, 98 Tokia Street, Helderberg Park, Strand.
