That an administrative penalty in the amount of R3108.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the unauthorised building work and land use on Erf 1059, Vrygrond, in accordance with Plan No. BPIP01 dated 19/04 2017.
