a. That the application for consent in terms of Item 21(c) of the Development Management scheme to permit Erf 175972 Cape Town at Steenberg to be used as a place of instruction, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. That the application for departures, as contained in Annexure A, for Erf 175972 Cape Town at Steenberg, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
