An administrative penalty for the unauthorised land use (ECD) in the amount of R 250.00 and for the unauthorised building work in the amount of R0 in terms of Section 129 & 42(r) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 14610, 11 Xawuka Crescent, Nonqubela, Khayelitsha, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
