That an administrative penalty in the amount of R4 250.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 1271 Constantia with regard to the unauthorised garage extension and balcony as shown on the plans drawn by Masterplan Building Designers with drawing numbers MP16025/1 and MP16025/2, both revision 1 and both dated November 2017.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
