That an administrative penalty in the amount of R0 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the unauthorised building work on Erf 57106 Cape Town at Claremont with regard to the laundry as shown on the plan drawn by Rory Kilmister Architects with drawing number 101/C/201, dated 2016-05-31.
