a. That the application for the subdivision of Erf 4783 Noordhoek (Portion 14 of the Farm No. 938), BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, as per plan of subdivision LUM/75/4783, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. That the application for a departure, as set out in Annexure A, on Erf 4783 Noordhoek (Portion 14 of the Farm No. 938), BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
