RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY

a. That the application for the deletion of a condition of an existing approval, as set out in Annexure A, for Remainder Erf 64243 Cape Town BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.

b. That the application for the consolidation of Remainder Erven 64242 and 64243 Cape Town, as per the plan of consolidation LUM/00/64242, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

c. That the application for departures on the consolidated Remainder Erven 64242 and 64243 Cape Town, as set out in Annexure A, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
d. That the application for consent in terms of a previous condition of approval to permit the demolition of the building on Remainder Erf 64243 Cape Town BE APPROVED on terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.

e. That the application for Council’s approval in terms of Item 60(k)(ii) of the Development Management Scheme to permit parking closer than 10m to the street on the consolidation of Remainder Erven 64242 and 64243 Cape Town, as set out in Annexure A, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.

REASONS FOR DECISION:

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
