RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
That the application for a temporary departure on Erf 2716, Bellville, to permit offices, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, subject to compliance with conditions attached as Annexure A.
New Condition 2.1 is added:
2.1 That this application is valid for a period of 5 years from the date of the notification of the decision.
That the conditions under Land use be renumbered starting with 2.2 and follows through
New condition 2.5 is added under Land Use that reads as follows:
2.5 That planting be established along the Western and southern common boundary.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
