RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
That the application for the consent use to operate a house shop on Erf 15912, Parow, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, subject to the conditions of approval listed in attached Annexure A.
New Condition 2.1 is added as follows;
2.1 That this approval is valid for a period of 2 years from the date of notification if the decision.
That the conditions under Land use Management be renumbered starting with 2.2 and follows through

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
