RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY

a. That the application for the amendment or cancellation of an approved plan of subdivision or general plan in respect of Erven 3971, 3972, 3985, 3986, 3993, 3994, 4007 and 4008, Goodwood BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015.

b. That the application for the subdivision in respect of Erven 3993 and 3994, Goodwood BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, in accordance with plan no LIS 1538v0 attached as Annexure C.

c. That the application for the consolidation of a Portion of 3993 and a Portion of 3994, Goodwood to allow for a consolidated property for the mini substation BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, in accordance with plan no LIS 1538v0 attached as Annexure C.

d. That the application for the rezoning from Open Space (OS2) zone to Single Residential (SR1) zone in respect of Erven 3971, 3972, 3985, 3986, Remainder 3993, Remainder 3994, 4007 and 4008, Goodwood as well as the newly created Portion 1 to Utility zone BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015.

REASONS FOR DECISION:

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
