Resolution details

RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY

a. That the application for consent use in respect of Erf 6938, Kuils River to permit a Place of Instruction, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 in accordance with plan attached as Annexure C, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

b. That the application for permanent departure in respect of Erf 6938, Kuils River to permit the relaxation of the 5.0m common boundary building line to 1.0m, 1.5m and 2.0m for the conversion of the dwelling to classrooms, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 in accordance with plan attached as Annexure C, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

c. That the application for permanent departure in respect of Erf 6938, Kuils River to permit the increase in the permissible carriageway crossing width from 8.0m to 12m, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 in accordance with plan attached as Annexure C, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
