UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED:
That the application for consent use in respect of Erf 16929, Parow to allow for a place of entertainment BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 in accordance with the site plan attached as Annexure C, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
Condition 2.1.2 is amended as follows:
2.1.2 That the use herby permitted shall only operate on Mondays to Thursdays between 19:00 and 00:00, Fridays and Saturdays between 21:00 and 04:00
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
