That the application for consent to permit the sale of liquor from a portion of Erf 19175, Parow BE APPROVED for a period of 5 years in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
APPLICATION GRANTED is amended as follows:
1.1 Consent for sale of liquor on a portion of the property for a period of 5 years.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report except reason 7.1.3 which is deleted
