That the application for a consent use in terms of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 to allow a Freestanding Base Telecommunication Station on Erf 3015 Eversdale, 57B Vygeboom Weg BE REFUSED in terms of Section 98(c) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
1. The applicant did not apply his/ her mind to alternative locations and suggested alternatives that are completely unworkable.
2. The suggested location Impacts negatively on adjoining residential properties
3. The applicant has not sufficiently motivated for the current suggested location.
