RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a. That the application for consent use to permit a 15m high freestanding base telecommunication station (FSBTS) on Erf 2713, Brackenfell, as per Annexure B, BE REFUSED in terms of Section 98 (c) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015.
b. That the application for permanent departure to permit the relaxation of the 5.0m street building line to 0.0m to accommodate the proposed freestanding base telecommunication station (FSBTS) on Erf 2713, Brackenfell, as per Annexure B, BE REFUSED in terms of Section 98 (c) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT REFUSED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
