UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for deletion in respect of condition II. 4. of Title Deed No 9132/1923, applicable to erf 1048, Melkbosch Strand, to permit the erection of buildings within 3.048m from the street building line BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
b. The application for regulation departures as set out in Annexure A for erf 1048, Melkbosch Strand BE REFUSED in terms of Section 98(c) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT partially APPROVED and partially REFUSED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
