UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The consolidation of erven 7450 and 7451, Parklands, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(iii) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with subdivision and consolidation plan dated May 2017, prepared by H & W Town Planners subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. The subdivision of the consolidated erf 7450 and 7451, Parklands, into three (3) portions measuring 287m², 233m² and 282m², BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(iii) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with subdivision plan dated May 2017, prepared by H & W Town Planners, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
Amend conditions:
1.2 Subdivision of the consolidated property into 3 portions measuring Portion A - 287m², Portion B - 233m² and Portion C - 282m² in accordance with subdivision plan dated May 2017, prepared by H & W Town Planners attached as Annexure C)
