UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The consolidation of erven 7446, 7447 and 7448 Parklands, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(iii) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with subdivision and consolidation plan dated July 2017, prepared by H & W Town Planners, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. The subdivision of the consolidated erf 7446, 7447 and 7448, Parklands, into five (5) portions measuring 251m², 230m², 241m², 244m² and 275m² BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(iii) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with subdivision plan dated July 2017, prepared by H & W Town Planners, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
Amend conditions:
Delete condition 2.4
