UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The rezoning of erf 10220, Milnerton from Single Residential Zoning 1: Conventional Housing (SR1) to Local Business Zoning 1: Intermediate Business (LB1), BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(iii) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A; and
b. The regulation departures from the common boundary building line from 3m to 1.4m and from 3m to 1.6m for the conversion of the existing dwelling house into offices on erf 10220, Milnerton, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(iii) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
Amend conditions:
LAND USE MANAGEMENT
2.1 The owner shall submit a building plan within 90 days of the final notification indicating the change of use of the existing buildings for approval.
