RESOLVED that:
The application for a consent use to permit a freestanding base telecommunication station on Portion 29 of Remainder Cape Farm No 22, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(iii) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
