UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 5 002.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 12194, Table View, for the unlawful building work, and such penalty be approved in terms of Section 98(b) of the said By-Law.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to add the following reason 6.5:
The owner continued to build the verandah after having been served notice for the unauthorized wendy house
