After discussion, it was agreed to refer this application back for the applicant to provide drawings that show the following:
- The location of all trees on the property
- An indication of which trees will be retained (not only the palm trees)
- A parking layout without the parking deck
- A parking layout which also indicates the position of the trees to be retained
- Because this is an HPOZ, a plan which shows the building in the context of surrounding properties, especially those along Coronation Road
