UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for removal of restrictions for Erf 1849, Cape Town (Bo-Kaap), as set out in Annexure A, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015.
b. The application for subdivision of the property for Erf 1849, Cape Town (Bo-Kaap into two portions, as shown on the proposed subdivision plan (Annexure C), BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015.
c. The application for departures for Erf 1849, Cape Town (Bo-Kaap) as set out in attached Annexure A, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, subject to conditions set out in attached Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
