After discussion, it was agreed that this application be REFERRED BACK for all parties to review new evidence, verify accuracy of the visual impact, amend the landscaping plan (if necessary), provide a list of drawings showing impact and width of the pathway, evidence showing enhancement of the public pedestrian network as suggested by the applicant’s consultant and assess the final report from the Urban Design and Heritage departments. Secretariat staff to schedule a site visit with relevant parties.
