RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY

a. That the application for subdivision of Erf 81708 and Remainder Erf 81710 Cape Town at Retreat, as per plan of subdivision/consolidation LUM/00/81710, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

b. That the application for consolidation of Remainder Erf 81708 with Portion 1 of Remainder Erf 81710 Cape Town at Retreat, as per plan of subdivision / consolidation LUM/00/81710, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.

c. That the application for rezoning of the consolidated erf comprising Remainder Erf 81708 and Portion 1 of Remainder Erf 81710 Cape Town at Retreat, as shown on plan of subdivision/consolidation LUM/00/81710, from General Industrial Subzone GI2 to Utility Zone, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

d. That the application for departure, as set out in Annexure A, on Erf 81708 and Remainder Erf 81710 Cape Town at Retreat, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
