Resolution details

RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY

a. That the application for the rezoning of a portion of Remainder Erf 107378 Cape Town at Diep River, from Transport Zone 2 to Open Space Zone 3, as shown on plan LUM/00/107378, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

b. That the application for Council’s consent in terms of Item 104(b) of the Development Management Scheme to permit a plant nursery on the portion of Remainder Erf 107378 Cape Town at Diep River zoned Open Space Zone 3, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

c. That the approval of a Site Development Plan in terms of Item 105(a) of the Development Management Scheme for the plant nursery, on the portion of Remainder Erf 107378 Cape Town at Diep River zoned Open Space Zone 3, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION:

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
