That the application for subdivision of Remainder Erf 2535 Hout Bay, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, as per plan of subdivision LUM/33/2535, subject to conditions contained in Annexure A.
ERF Size
Condition 2.6.1 is amended as follows:
2.6.1 No portion shall be less than 450m2 with exception of portion 3.
