RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a. That the application for consent in terms of Item 21(c) of the Development Management Scheme to permit a place on instruction on Erf 80997 Cape Town at Heathfield, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. That the application for departures, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 80997 Cape Town at Heathfield, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
Condition 2.1.5 is amended as follows:
2.1.5 The number of children on the property at any one time in relation to the ECD Centre, shall not exceed 34

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
