RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a. That the application for deletion of a restrictive Title Deed condition, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 76527 Cape Town at Southfield, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
b. That the application for Council’s consent in terms of a title deed condition, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 76527 Cape Town at Southfield, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
c. That the application for the subdivision of Erf 76527 Cape Town at Southfield, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, as per plan of subdivision LUM/00/76527, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT approved the reasons in the planner’s report except reason 7.1.3 which is corrected as follows:
7.1.3. The proposal complies with the Southern District Plan, the Densification Policy, and the Transport Orientated Development Strategic Framework and is consistent with the Cape Town Spatial Development Framework.
