RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a. That the application for deletion of restrictive Title Deed conditions, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 34 Constantia, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
b. That the application for deletion of conditions of an existing approval, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 34 Constantia, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
c. That the application for Council’s consent in terms of Condition D.A. (iii) of Title Deed T1809/2016, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 34 Constantia, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
d. That the application for the subdivision of Erf 34 Constantia, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, as per plan of subdivision LUM/16/34, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
Condition 1.4 is amended as follows:
1.4 Deletion of conditions of approval imposed in terms of Ordinance 33 of 1934
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
