That an administrative penalty in the amount of R10 000.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of 750m2 of unauthorised tree top canopy activity and 175m2 stretch tent covering of an outdoor seating area of a restaurant on Erf 1847 Hout Bay.
