RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a. That the application for subdivision of Erf 60428, Cape Town at Lansdowne (Kenwyn) BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 in accordance with plan no: Proposed Subdivision Erf 60428, Kenwyn, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. That the application for departures for Erf 60428, Cape Town at Lansdowne (Kenwyn)as detailed in Annexure A, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, in accordance with the Site Development Plan dated September 2016, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
