That the application for permanent departure to permit a floor slab, to be setback 1.0, 2.05m and 2.28m in lieu of 3m from the northern and eastern common boundary, on Erf 5380, Goodwood, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, in accordance with the site plan attached as Annexure B.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
