An administrative penalty in the amount of R 192.00 for the unauthorised building work BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 16196, Elsenberg Road, Schonenberg Estate, Somerset West, in accordance with Plan No.03822/mu/denny/ssw16196.
