An administrative penalty in the amount of R 1 872.00 BE APPROVED for the unauthorised buildings (lift shaft), in terms of Section 98 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 2119, 23 Protea Drive, Gordon’s Bay.
