An administrative penalty in the amount of R 1 120.00 BE APPROVED for the unlawful building work (garage) encroaching the street building line, in terms of Section 98 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 1973, 23 Heylett Street, Strand.
