UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
The application for consent use in terms of item 42(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in order to permit the operation of a house shop from a portion of erf 1922, 64 Wuppertal Road, Eerste River, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(iii) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to the conditions as set out in the attached Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to amend reason 7.1.3 as follows:
The activity will have a positive local economic developmental benefit for the area due to job creation.
Amend conditions:
2.9 That the selling or supply of alcoholic beverages is prohibited.
