An administrative penalty for the unauthorised land use (ECD) in the amount of R 230.00 and for the unauthorised building work in the amount of R 0 in terms of Section 129 & 42(q) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 12003, 36 Ouplaas Crescent, Wesbank, Blue Downs BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
