UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty for the unauthorised land use (tavern) in the amount of R 5 300.00 in terms of Section 129 and 42(q) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 25678, 72 Ganga Street, Mandela Park, Khayelitsha, BE APPROVED, in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law 2015.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
