UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty for the unauthorised land use (house shop) in the amount of R 450.00 in terms of Section 129 and 42(q) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 11937 Mitchells Plain located at 13 Mercury Road, Rocklands BE APPROVED, in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law 2015.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
