That an administrative penalty in the amount of R662 for the unauthorised building work, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 389, 3 Jakaranda Avenue, Salvo Park, Firgrove in accordance with Plan No. 039/389/2017.
