That an administrative penalty in the amount of R0 BE APPROVED for the unauthorized building contravention, in terms of section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning Amendment By-Law, 2016 in respect of Erf 1677, 101 Miller Street, Gordons Bay in accordance with Plan 03877/summerton/gbay1677.
