That an administrative penalty in the amount of R150 for the unauthorized building work, and for the unauthorized land use (house shop) in the amount of R300 in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 688, 23 Yellowwood Road, Weltevreden Valley BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(i)of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
