That an administrative penalty in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2016 in the amount of R300 for the unauthorized land use (take away) in respect of erf 28835 Mitchells Plain located at 40 Cascade Street, Tafelsig, Mitchells Plain BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(i)of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
