That an administrative penalty in the amount of R290 for the unauthorised building work, and for the unauthorised land use (house shop) in the amount of R390 in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 34025 Plain, 4 Lindsay Street, Tafelsig Mitchells Plain BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(i)of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
