a. That an administrative penalty in the amount of R 320.00 for unauthorized land use in terms of Section 129 and 42(r) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of in respect of Erf 810 Kleinvlei located at 5 Dias Street, Forest Heights BE APPROVED.
b. That an administrative penalty in the amount of R 350.00 for the unauthorized building work in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of in respect of Erf 810 Kleinvlei located at 5 Dias Street, Forest Heights BE APPROVED.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
